Over the past five years, I've worked with NBC Olympics, The Huffington Post, NBA.com, ESPN, USOpen.org and others to produce high-end broadcast and web content. The majority of my professional work has focused on sports and non-profits, but I am also interested in culture and health. Last year, I started shooting a short documentary following a premier athlete who decided to go vegan. And last summer, I shot, edited and produced a multimedia series following the female athletes who are moms who competed for Team USA in London. As a long-time New Yorker, I'd love to continue hunting for stories here as well as abroad. This summer, I'm considering taking a road-trip across the U.S. to hunt for stories.

I'm a videojournalist, writer, and editor based in New York City with experience freelancing in Brazil, Paris, Mexico, and China. I'm an award-winning director and producer based in New York. Most recently I directed a film about an underground fight club created to stem gun violence for the New York Times, and a harrowing film about the female FARC guerillas of Columbia for the Emmy-nominated VICELAND series "Woman." Founded while backpacking around the world in 2012 and 2013, Less Than Far Films (formerly Flyover Pictures) is focused on stories of underrepresented communities and disappearing places. Our work has been featured as an official showcase in the 2014 Greenpoint Film Festival, in the 2013 Green Unplugged Film Festival, on Yahoo! Brazil. We’ve been commissioned to create work for Wanderlust Festivals, a U.S.-based organization, and Friends of Koh Rong and Trailblazer, both Cambodian non-profits, and featured on About Harvest. Where we looked at the 2016 election from the angle of third party candidates and election system reformers to learn about what keeps insiders in and outsiders out. Rather than learning php in high-school, I picked up Final Cut Pro. That lead me to my first job in NYC editing branded content videos for the likes Bon Appetit and Allure. That was 2007.
