Right now, he is working for various news media as a freelance Photographer and visual artist. I am Avijit Ghosh, a 29-year-old, Kolkata, India based independent documentary photographer and videographer. I started my career as a photojournalist with a regional weekly newspaper and later joined SOPA Images as a contributor which distributes my photographs through agencies like Getty Images, AP. I have also independently worked on assignments for national and international media houses and Non profits. Born in the 90s, Completing my degree in computer engineering, I started working in the corporate world. After rat-racing for several years, I decided to start afresh and took photography professionally.
