I'm a Boulder, Colorado based photographer and videographer that specializes in adventure, conservation, commercial and underwater media. I originally pursued media as a means of documenting nature and the adventures I live for. Through my years of exploration and my time getting my Biology degree, I realized how vital of a tool media is for shedding light on conservation as well as inspiring others to pursue a passion of their own. It became apparent to me that I would be much more effective at bringing change through my camera lens rather than in a lab. Through my love of media, I've been fortunate enough to work in environments from the ocean depths, to the 8000m peaks of the Himalayas. I've been filmmaking and making shorts since I was a young lad with friends, dipped my toes in more tech knowledge in HS and studied it in college for a Film Studies degree. Making films more seriously and knowing the direction I wanted to take came with traveling after college. So, with the camera rolling, I found interesting stories to follow and during a two-year backpacking trip and a small kit with everything i'd need to produce content, I wore all the filmmaker's hats. One year ago, I finally took the plunge to start an LLC and begin assembling a more professional and range of productions to build more adequate strength in the field.
