Tariq Elmeri is a director, editor and self shooting DP with 8 year experience. Based in London, UK. He focuses on issues of identity, youth and culture in his films. His most recent film, Forest Gate Girls shortlist for Grierson Award, explores the questions of identity and belonging for teenage Muslim girls in the UK. Tyler Freeman Smith is a documentary cameraman and filmmaker with a background in environmental science and humanities. His work covers the breadth of documentary, from features and TV broadcast, to short-form branded content and social. My training ground was at MTV Europe in the 90's with a specific focus on the Dance music scene, directing and producing the Partyzone and Dancefloor chart for a number of years.
