She has Produced and Edited award-winning documentaries such as Vanishing Vultures which has won best film at the Jubilee Arts International Festival, Lisbon, Portugal 2018, Zanzibar International Film Festival Best TV Series Non-Fiction (Giving Nature a Voice) 2018, won Bird &Wildlife Photo Festival Nanyuki, Kenya, Won the Vancouver International Bird Festival Vancouver, British Columbia. Other Documentaries produced and edited include ‘No Man’s Forest ‘Saving Snakes; Protecting People', ‘Children’s Climate ‘and 'Youth Safari’. She was the content producer for the Whitley Awards 2018 winner ‘Dr. Munir Virani’s short feature narrated by SirDavid Frederick Attenborough. In 2016 - 2018 she was privileged to work with the Multiple Emmy Award Winner Andrew Tkach, the executive producer for the aforementioned environmental documentaries under the award-winning series Giving Nature. These films have been screened globally at Vaasa Film Festival in Finland, and the Prestigious Environmental Ficma Film Festival in Spain as well as in Nairobi courtesy of UNDP Blue Economy Forum. She has been awarded an award by the Women in Film Awards - Kenya as the best Sound Designer, 2020 and nominated by Kalasha Awards 2020/21 for the best sound designer category for the film ‘Midlife Crisis’ and; Queen's Throttle' She was the winner of the MOFILMS UK 2017 competition in which she was the co-producer, editor and sound mixer for the Chevrolet commercial, the story of Richard Turere, the boy who invented Lion Lights. She has also produced and edited a documentary dubbed Climate Change Adaptation – Dakatcha Woodlands - It scooped the African Climate Change and Environmental Reporting (ACCER) awards, Winner TV category, in 2016. Blending in, a climate adaptation documentary – It scooped various awards including the African Climate Change and Environmental Reporting (ACCER) awards 1st runners up, won the USA CSR award at the Mohammed Amin Africa Media Awards. It also won at the Overlook 2014-5th CinemAvvenire Film Festival- Humans and other tales’ section and the Action4Climate Awards. She won the best film ‘Indulge me’ at the Machakos film festival 2015. She Sound designed a radio feature story ‘Football Fanatics’ nominated for the CNN African Journalist Media Awards 2014. She is a creative storyteller that uses different visual effects to enhance a story. She has learned to creatively use visual effects to strengthen the story and the artistic vision hence communicating the desired idea to the audience.
