My name is Andrew Abballe and I am a Brooklyn-based Cinematographer, avid photographer, and experienced colorist. I have a wide background in mainly narrative projects, commercials, music videos, and corporate content. I have two feature-length films and several short films under my belt as well. Sam Baumel is Principal and Founder of Wood Metal Rocks, a production company based in New York City. Sam works with brands, local businesses and nonprofits to find an authentic voice and translate their story for the screen. He takes pride in cultivating longstanding collaborative relationships with specialists across the media and creative technology spectrum. Mariano is an Emmy nominated documentary director, producer and cinematographer based in Brooklyn, NY. Born and raised in Lima, Peru, he came to New York City, 13 years ago. Until recently, and for the past five years, he worked as an in house filmmaker at CNN’s documentary unit “Great Big Story” where he made some of the most cinematic (and highest viewed) videos on the internet. Before CNN, Mariano worked at VICE Media for 5 years, creating original content about food, music, news, travel, and culture. He’s a proud alumni and film major of NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts where he has since returned as a guest lecturer on documentary film. Mariano loves to cook, especially dishes from his native Peru (including an excellent family ceviche recipe) and has a growing collection of Latin American records.
