Macarena Gagliardi is a highly experienced TV and documentary producer based in Buenos Aires. She also is a multifaceted journalist and translator. As a former BBC producer, she is used to cover stories all over South America. From capturing moments to strategic storytelling, Axel began his creative career 22 years ago as a documentary photographer for national and international media. His photography work has been published in Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg news, Getty images and Stern Magazine, in addition to partnerships with international organizations like the British Council and Unicef. Over the last seven years, Axel has pivoted into corporate storytelling coupled with a creative-minded approach. Working for diverse clients such as Minerva University, Blink, Tompkins Conservation, Smile Train, El Esteco Wineries, La Pampa Government, Patagonia Inc. and Greenpeace, among others, he has honed his skill to assist many organizations in sharing their unique stories. Magela Crosignani is originally from Uruguay and holds a BFA degree in Film from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts and a Masters degree in Cinematography from the American Film Institute. Since graduation Magela has shot a number of feature films as Director of Photography, including “The Imperialists are Still Alive”, which was named an Official Selection of the 2010 Sundance Film Festival, starring Cannes and Cesar award winning actress Elodie Bouchez; "Mosquita y Mari" which premiered at Sundance in 2012, the film “Mary-Marie” for which she was awarded Best Cinematography at the Brooklyn Film Festival in 2010, “Ruta de la Luna” shot on location in Panamá, "Feriado" shot on location in Ecuador and premiering at the Berlinale and "Una noche sin luna" a Uruguayan-Argentinian coproduction that won best film at the Zurich Film Festival 2014 . Magela has also worked as a Camera Operator and 2nd unit Cinematographer in films like: “Everything is Illuminated” Directed by Liev Schreiber; “My own Love Song” starring Renee Zellweger and Forrest Whitaker and the film “Cowboys and Aliens” Directed by Jon Favreu starring Harrison Ford and Daniel Craig.

Hello there! My name is Kiky Del Conte. I have a bachelor degree in Film and TV. I’ve been living in Argentina for the past 6 years. Here I have dedicated myself professionally to the direction, production, and audiovisual editing. As a director, I have experience in both film and music projects (video clips, live sessions, etc.). Mauricio was born in Rosario, Santa Fe, Argentina, in 1970. When he was 17, he shot two short films in super 8 and started the Filmmaking Career. Together with one of his colleagues, he co-produced and photographed his first short film in 35mm realized entirely by students. He traveled to Mexico with this film and ended up there working for 3 years. His first job was as an assistant in the film ‘Ambar’, photographed by Emmanuel Lubeski. He returned to Argentina and went further in his career as a photographer studying Cinematography at SICA (Sindicato de la Industria Cinematográfica Argentina). By that time, he had worked as a Director of Photography at 15 short films. For one of them, ‘Aviso para navegantes’, he received an award as the Director of Photography, at Mar del Plata Film Festival in 1997. In 1999 he came back to Mexico and worked there for 5 more years, mostly as first assistant camera. He worked in 15 feature films at the Camera Department. Now he lives in Buenos Aires. He’s an active member of the Association of Directors of Photography and he had worked in 150 advertising films and 12 feature films. Currently he’s giving workshops in Argentina and Mexico, and he’s shooting another feature film.

Vanessa is a reporter and producer based in Buenos Aires. She has a strong background and several years experience working in broadcast, digital media, and production. Prior to moving to Buenos Aires, she worked as a writer, reporter and on-air host for media outlets in Washington, DC. She also worked as a media specialist producing live television coverage and taped stories for organizations such as The World Bank. Vanessa produced an award-winning documentary that tells the story of a community and its relationship with the hunting of whales and dolphins in Taiji, Japan. She holds a master’s degree in Interactive Journalism and Public Affairs from The American University in Washington, DC and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Jacksonville State University. Among her accomplishments, she was awarded a full athletic scholarship for NCAA Division I women's tennis and was also the women's doubles 4A Texas State champion. Vanessa speaks both English and Spanish fluently and has traveled extensively throughout the world, and has lived in several countries including the United States, England, Mexico, Puerto Rico and Argentina.

I majored in Film and Scenic Arts, also studied Political Sciences. In 2005 I founded Imaginación Atrapada - now in stand by mode waiting to be restructured -, a website dedicated to cover Film, Theater and Arts and Technology that won the Teatros del Mundo award for best publication (online or offline). In the site, content was produced in text as well as in video. In 2011, I began freelancing for Página/12, one of the most important newspapers in Argentina, and last year for Acción, a longtime well respected magazine. This year, I finished my first feature documentary, "Fabricantes de Mundos", and was invited by another locally reknowned website - Recursos Culturales - to be the Chief Editor for an ambitious journalistic project. I had always covered topics regarding culture as a whole, but since last year I began to expand my area of influence -so far, in written pieces - to history, new technologies, human rights, freedom of speech, renewable energies and cultural diversity

Soy realizadora audiovisual y fotógrafa. Me interesa investigar en el lenguaje audiovisual desde la poética de la imagen. Creo que vivimos en un mundo donde las imágenes se han vuelto superfluas, publicitarias, estereotipadas, que desde el poder económico hay una gran dominación por medio de las imágenes, que la gente cree en el poder autentificador de éstas y no duda, no se hace preguntas. Como persona que ama este lenguaje me siento atraída por la metáfora visual, la sugerencia, por contar historias que lleguen a los sentimientos de la gente, mostrar al ser humano en su complejo entramado de emociones y no en forma plana, sólo dirigido a una visión unilateral, sin pliegues. Me gustan las historias simples, y por eso universales. Las motivaciones a las reuniones grupales, los ritos sociales, cómo vive un grupo de gente en algún sitio aislado y crean sus propias formas de relacionarse, de convivir, los miedos que nos atraviesan como especie humana, más allá de quienes somos y que rol tenemos en esta vida.
