I started developing my storytelling skills throughout pre-K and elementary school, writing about everything from intergalactic battles to a party at the Louvre (narrated by a Monet painting). As the son and grandson of photographers, I also developed a deep interest in imagery and throughout high school, college, and the years following I merged the two, producing my own films. Tom Bentey is a Jersey boy made good. Tom grew up in Edison, New Jersey and spent his summers at the Jersey Shore. He studied English at Rutgers, and acted in several student films and plays. Tom’s new found passion for acting changed his path in life, as he went on to act in many Off-Broadway plays and independent films. After three years of being in front of the camera, Tom developed an interest in directing and began to write his own screenplays.Tom enrolled in the Masters of Arts program in Media Studies at The New School in New York City, to hone his newfound interest in the art and craft of filmmaking. It is at the New School, where Tom wrote, directed and starred in his first feature length film “At The Jersey Shore“. His directorial debut went on to screen at national film festivals and received international Cable VOD, iTunes, Amazon.com distribution in 2012.

I am a shooter, producer, director, editor and shooter. I've worked in capacities from a one-man crew in war zones to the director of branded series with large crews. I specialized in serialized storytelling for online media. Kayla Tong (b. 1993) is a cinematographer and director. She was born in colonial Hong Kong, molded by Los Angeles, and briefly called Missouri and Lisbon home in between. After graduating from USC School of Cinematic Arts in 2015, her narrative and documentary work have screened in a number of venues such as The New Yorker Documentary Series, Busan International Film Festival, New Orleans Film Festival, LA Asian Pacific Film Festival, and LA Shorts Fest. Kayla is a Busan’s Asian Film Academy's cinematography fellow, a Visual Communications’s Armed with a Camera Fellowship directing fellow. Kayla's rootless upbringing and encounters with people from around the world inform the themes of much of her work, telling stories of diaspora and displacement. Shawn Baldwin is a documentary filmmaker, photographer and multimedia journalist based in Berkeley, California. His work is published in The New York Times, Stern, Newsweek, Time Magazine, Vanity Fair, Bloomberg Businessweek and The New York Times Magazine. Shawn lived in the Middle East for more than a decade covering war in Iraq, revolutions in Egypt and Libya, and the growing influence of hardline Islam across the Arab world. He has worked throughout the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Europe on stories. He is the recipient of the 2016 Dorothea Lange Fellowship and has won several awards including Magazine Portrait & Personality in the Best of Photojournalism competition for his work in Afghanistan. Chris Esper is an award-winning director based out of Attleboro, MA. Originally from New Jersey, Chris developed a passion and love for film at a very young age. When he was in his teens, he received his first camera and started experimenting with it. After high school, he attended New England Institute of Technology in East Greenwich, RI where he received his Bachelor's Degree in Digital Recording Arts. He has since directed several short films which have gone on to screen at a number of film festivals and win several awards. Aside from short films, he has also directed music videos, corporate videos and has also worked on other New England productions in the camera and editing department while building a name for himself in the process. My name is Kenneth Klemens, I am a multimedia producer and photojournalist focusing on short documentary films in the feature and news genres. My passion is photography, specifically its unique ability to tell a story with a silence and stillness that no other medium can. I held an internship at the Cape Argus Newspaper in Cape Town, South Africa for four months as a news photographer. I believe a story is best delivered when shown rather than told. She began her career as video editor in digital content with brands such as Yahoo!, Macy’s, and Conde Nast, and later ventured into film production as Director of Photography and Co-Producer on the successful indie documentary, “Trichster.” Post “Trichster,” Oluwaseun has produced projects with her production company in Haiti, Botswana, Sierra Leone, Nigeria and more.
