I am a former TV news reporter, turned documentary producer (worked on Michael Moore's Sicko) and now videographer. I decided I didn't want to wait to find a photographer or editor, that I could do it solo. I bought a HD Panisonic camera and have been getting little gigs here and there. However, what I've alway wanted to do, from time I began my career in journalism, was to report on politics and social issues that the mainstream media isn't covering. I have several ideas in mind, including one documentary that I'm working on as a labor of love about older women in our society. I think Storyhunter is a much needed tool to allow journalists to get their stories out, stories that would otherwise go unnoticed.
