I’m a colorist/editor who has worked in post-production for more than ten years, both, on set and chained to a computer at all hours. Seven of those years were spent in Los Angeles working in advertising and freelancing on other projects in my spare time. I have worked across all formats and genres from TVCs and Music Videos to Feature length and Short Films. I’ve graded projects for clients including ESPN, Showtime, HBO, Netflix, Amazon, and National Geographic. I’ve also worked on Music Videos for such artist as Peaches, Tegan & Sara, Bell’s Roar and Buddy. I studied Communication & Cinema Studies at Northeastern University. Additionally, I taught color theory and grading at one of the top film programs worldwide at Loyola Marymount University. I enjoy being a Jane of All Trades and am always willing to learn new skills. I looooove working on all stories but have a particular passion for uplifting stories by women, people of color and members of the LGBTQ+ community. Now Melbourne based, I live with my partner, Casey, and our son, Henry. In my spare time, I’m building Legos, designing tiny houses, talking myself into believing in manifestation, catching up on Netflix and compiling a list of books to read at some point in the next 10 years.

I was Australia's first professional VJ (Aug 1996) and have subsequently worked in 30 countries for many major world broadcasters. My work, filmed/written/edited/presented has been bought by many of the world's major broadcasters, including CNN (Inside Europe & Africa); BBC World, APTN, TV Globo, Asahi, TVNZ, Dubai TV, SABC, all Australian broadcasters and many more. I make short-form and long-form films, and have been recognised in Australian awards for my filming (as well as my journalism, of course). I was most recently a Senior Journalist for the Australian Broadcasting Corporation - as a conventional reporter, but also as a VJ in remote locations. I'm now freelancing, and available to travel. I specialise in making conventional-looking TV, and with dealing with unwilling and often foreign talent in a respectful and empathetic manner. I shoot on a Sony XD Camera with full kit. I also edit long and short-form video on various software, though mainly FCP. My long-form shooting and editing has been broadcast internationally on various established broadcasters. I have now also branched-out into social media and corporate video storytelling.
