I'm also an experienced director of photography with a passion for visual storytelling. I was recently associate director at MSNBC Films, the documentary department of the cable network. Bob Sly is a 30-year multimedia production professional who has produced, directed, shot, and edited scores of corporate, commercial, broadcast, and documentary programs. He also teaches video production classes at San Diego City College and Grossmont College in San Diego, CA. Since 2008, Bob has researched and gathered interviews and footage related to zero waste – a growing movement that seeks a fundamental change from “waste” management to “resource” management. I am a filmmaker, producer, designer, musician, and art educator from Argentina based in New York City. After my graduation from the Faculty of Architecture in 2000, I moved to Barcelona, Spain, where I graduated with a Master’s Degree in Film Production from the University of Barcelona. In 2004, I co-founded Colectivo Piloto with the aim of promoting culture and education through the use of audiovisual resources and media technologies. Since then, I have been honored to work with several NGOs, institutions and governmental agencies, including Save the Children, Red Cross, Oxfam Intermón, and the Barcelona City Council. Born in Italy, Luigi received a scholarship to study filmmaking in the U.S. in 2008. Since then he worked on countless of projects worldwide, from features to commercials, fashion film, music videos, corporate and animations.
