Bimina is a multimedia journalist and filmaker. She works on documentaries both collaborative and independent. She also freelances for several online publications and non-profit organizations. Bimina has collaboratively produced and directed a half hour documentary “Reviving Nepal Bhasa” focusing on near extinction of culture and language of endangered community of Newars, indigenous to central Nepal. The documentary premiered at the Hoboken International Film Festival in May 2015 and has since been screened in Nepal and India. It is also selected by Queens World film festival in 2016. In the near future, screenings are planned in Australia, UK and in the US. Her new documentary “Elderly care: the rising need” will explores the need of organized elderly care in Nepal in contrast with the Elderly care provided in the western counties.

I am a Director/Editor from Barcelona based in Brooklyn for the last 10 years. I direct and edit non fiction content. I strongly believe in collective empowerment and the power of storytelling. After graduating from ULB (Université Libre de Bruxelles) with a Master degree in Journalism, she moved to New York to study filmmaking at The New School for public engagement. I have been honing my skills in editing, color correction, sound design, and more in a variety of programs including Adobe Premier, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, but it is my gifts as a visual storyteller that sets me apart. David Gordon is an LA-based cinematographer specializing in scripted narrative feature films and new media content, including shorts, music videos, and episodic narrative projects. Although he has a particular soft spot for horror cinema, his work spans all genres: from historical period dramas to fantasy Westerns. An avid GUE/PADI-certified scuba diver, David relishes every opportunity to jump in the water and shoot, allowing him to pull double duty as both the cinematographer and underwater operator for Below, an action / horror film about a shark attack, in addition to shooting many other underwater scenes for independent features.
